Less is more.

Charles Towne Farms, consisting of more than 3100 acres and located only 12 miles from the Charleston Peninsula, was originally approved for the construction of 3500 single-family homes. Working with various conservation groups, the CTF team entered into a perpetual conservation easement with Ducks Unlimited allowing for 50 parcels. (16 in Phase 1) This has resulted in a conservation community unlike any other in the United States, preserving the land and wildlife…and tranquility for our home owners.
